Delicious Pea Soup with Salmon Recipe

Delicious Pea Soup with Salmon Recipe Peas, especially split peas are excellent source of soluble fiber, protein and molybdenum that make a nutritious soup.

Ingredients:

  • 300 gms Split peas
  • 2 chopped Carrots
  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dill
  • 350 gms crumbled salmon

 Method: 

  1. Put all ingredients in a pot except lemon juice, dill and salmon and slow boil.
  2. Cook for 40 minutes with often stirring.
  3. Now add lemon juice, dill and half of salmon and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour soup into bowls and top with remaining salmon.
